Privacy policy
Last updated 17 September 2026. Short version: we do not run accounts, we never touch your funds, and we do not sell data.
On rakebk.com
There are no accounts and no forms. We use Google Analytics 4 to count visits and to record when a visitor clicks through to an exchange, so we know which pages are useful. Google Analytics sets cookies and processes your IP address under Google's own privacy policy. The fee calculator runs entirely in your browser; the volumes you type are never sent to us.
When you open an exchange account through our link
The exchange tells us that an account came through our code and how much it traded, which is how the rebate is calculated. We do not receive your password, your balances or access to your funds. The exchange's own privacy policy covers everything you give the exchange.
On the Telegram desk
If you message @RakebkVIP_bot, your answers and messages are relayed to the Rakebk team inside Telegram so a person can reply. We do not copy them into a database of our own. Telegram's privacy policy applies to the chat itself.
Our YouTube tools (YouTube API Services)
Rakebk runs its own YouTube channel with an internal tool, "Rakebk Shorts Agent", that uses YouTube API Services with read-only access to that one channel: video statistics, YouTube Analytics reports and the public comments left on our videos. We use this only to decide which videos to make. It is stored on our own computer, never sold, never shared and never used for advertising. It does not access anyone else's account. By using it we are bound by the YouTube Terms of Service, and the Google Privacy Policy applies. Access can be revoked at any time at Google security settings.
How long we keep it, and your rights
Analytics data is kept for Google Analytics' default period. Referral records are kept for as long as rebates are being paid. You can ask us what we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, through the Telegram desk.
